First 3 letters: SMR
Fourth letter, unit size: BCD EFG HJ
Fifth and sixth digits, ratio code: 05 13 twenty
Seventh digit. indicates assembly: O shaft mounted pace reducer 2 flange mount
Eighth digit: signifies output hub bore essential: one regular metric bore. 2 different metric bore.

It backstop are needed, these must be purchase separately. and will have to specify the output hub rotation. E.g.: SMR-E2001 complete with backstop. in the input shaft side, the output hub’s rotation is in clockwise.

Backstops A backstop may be incorporated on applications wherever it can be important to avoid reversal of rotation. it can be promptly put in within the reducer, by simply getting rid of a cover plate
Note: For ratio 5: one gear box, backstop tend not to suggested.
Flange mounting
SMR situation style and design is such the reducer can be bolted direct to supporting framework. this flange mounting use of the reducer could allow designers to omit a bearing or pillow block, but it does. certainly. remove the easy belt adjustment characteristic characteristic of shaft mount.
Note: Common SMR gearbox do not drill mount screws. when buyer need these varieties mount, please specify during the purchase.
